What is the processing time for orders?
Orders are immediately processed after order confirmation has been received. However, these cut-offs apply:
- Metro Manila – orders placed before 12 noon may be subject to same-day delivery depending on the items you purchased. Maximum delivery lead time is 3 days after order confirmation.
- Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao – once order is confirmed, our team will immediately process your order/s and shall book the appropriate courier. Our team will immediately communicate with you once your order is dispatched for delivery.

What payment methods do you take? Do you offer installment plans?

How do I cancel my order?

Can I change an item in the order that I placed?
No. Once the order is confirmed and is paid, you cannot change the item/s in that order.
How long will my item take to be delivered?
Delivery time: 9am to 6pm, we will call the Customer if ever we can still deliver beyond 6pm and we will only proceed upon their confirmation.
- 1 - 3 working days within Metro Manila
- 5 - 7 working days for Luzon Area
- 8- 15 working days for Visayas and Mindanao
How much is shipping?
You can also check the shipping amount during the checkout process as this will depend on the location and units you purchased.
What delivery methods do you use?
We deliver through Lalamove, Grab, LBC, 2GO and JRS Express depending on the location and the unit/s you purchased

Can I exchange an item for a different colour?
Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.
