Orders

If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder first, as emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at online@smegphilippines.com or contact us through our social media pages. We’ll be happy to validate your order and provide you with the confirmation details.

Orders are processed as soon as confirmation is received. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: Your order will be delivered within 3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process it immediately and arrange for shipping with the appropriate courier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation via the email address used for your order as soon as it’s on its way.

Yes, we accept online payments through PayMongo.

At the moment, we can only accept installment in our stores. We are working towards offering online installment soon. Please contact us on our social media pages to learn more about our installment programs.

We accept credit card payments through PayMongo or Bank Transfer.
