First, all SMEG ovens feature our patented EverClean Enamel finish, including the Speed Oven, which inherently makes wiping the oven clean a breeze. Additionally, all ovens have either Vapor-Clean, or Self-Cleaning modes that help attack more-stubborn stains.

Yes, SMEG is a proud Italian brand, and, as such, we engineered an exclusive system which places the heating element in direct contact with a pizza stone, allowing you to create a perfect, evenly-cooked pizza in just 3-5 minutes, or just a bit longer for a Chicago-style deep-dish pie. These ovens also provide excellent results when cooking breads, pies, and quiches, allowing you to cook the base thoroughly, without the need for blind baking.
